Painting Notes:
So, I painted this painting of spruce trees in Loose Park on three different days with three different great nieces painting their own paintings beside me… so much fun! These great spruce trees always remind me of Wilbur Niewald -one of Kansas City’s finest artists who has painted these trees many times from many viewpoints over the years. At 95 years old, I saw him in Loose Park painting the spruce trees - so inspiring!
